How to take your measurements Description: Get everyone excited about the 4th of July in this liberty belle costume! It consists of a sequined Statue of Liberty crown attached to a headband. It accents the angle-cut dress made from polyester. The dress is aqua green and begins light on top while gradually fading darker on the bottom (please note the color varies slightly from the picture). It zips on the side for easy on and off and ties behind the waist for a fitted look. The shoulder strap has an attached sash while the opposite shoulder has a clear strap for extra support. The costume is complete with a matching sequined torch wand.
