This sexy, women's costume includes a black cowgirl hat that has "I (heart) Cowboys" written in rhinestones on the front and a black ribbon around the crown. It accents the black, short-sleeved dress that is 100% polyester. It buttons in the front for closure and has a built-in petticoat with silver trim that peeks out of the skirt's bottom. (Please note: The opening in the dress extends down past the buttons for easy wear, but this opening is concealed once you secure the belt in place.)
