How to take your measurements Description: Proudly display your Scottish heritage in this fun lad costume! It consists of a plaid, pleated kilt that has elastic sewn into the waistband for a secure and comfortable fit. A sash is attached at the waist and is worn over the opposite shoulder. A black blet wraps around the waist to accent the costume. A pouch slides onto the belt and has velcro closure to keep your personal items safe while out on the town. A matching hat with black, velvet-like trim and feather is also included in addition to two sock garters. This kilt can be worn with or without clothes underneath.
