It features a polyester dress that has a white top with a black, velvet-like torso. The top hemline and sleeves are lined with elastic so the dress can be worn on or off the shoulders. The top has plaid accents the match the attached, pleated skirt. A black belt wraps around the waist and includes a pouch. The pouch has a velcro closure and is perfect for keeping your personal items safe while out on the town. The costume also includes a plaid beret hat that is trimmed in black and topped with a black pom pom. Two white leg garters complete the look and feature plaid accents as well.
