The Chucky costume includes a striped, short-sleeve top trimmed in red at the top and sleeves. Over this goes the blue skirt, which has black and tan splotches throughout. The front has an open pocket and the words "Good Guy" printed in friendly, red letters. Two large, red buttons are set just under the shoulder straps, which cross in the back and are attached to the elastic-lined waist.
