How to take your measurements Description: Cool them off with a wave of your fanned and exotic feathers in this ladies peacock costume! The polyester dress features a blue top that has the appearance and feel of velvet with a bright green inset. Within the inset, another shimmering aqua blue inset is accented with glittering fringe and features matching eyes. The bubble skirt is also shimmering aqua and lined with elastic and matching fringe around the waist. The back laces up with gold ribbon and gives the dress a sexy touch. Durable wire provides structure to the fan tail which is blue on one side and green with grey, yellow, orange and blue eyes on the other. It measures 44" across and 26" tall. The fan tail secures at the waist with gold ribbon that strings through the dress and ties in the front. The tail can be flipped down or up. To hold the fan tail up, it velcros to the back of the neck piece which is blue with fringe. The costume also includes a matching headband with attached poly-foam circles, an eye and faux peacock feathers. A beautiful and exotic costume for any Halloween event!
